Cancelation and refund policy

The site visit needs to be completed by the customer/purchaser within 10 days from the date of this MOU. The amount paid towards the purchase of property is non-refundable and in case the cancellation is requested within 10 days from the date of MOU, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving the refund request.The cancellation charges would be Rs.5000/- No refund request would be entertained after the 10 days Cooling off period/after visiting the site and giving the letter of reconfirmation titled “Happy to be a customer of GOE”.
